Living a healthy and active lifestyle as parents isn’t just good for us and our mental health, it’s also good for our kiddos! 

One thing I’ve realized lately is that our kids pick up on the things we do and the habits we have (both good and bad)! 

I remember my parents always going for bike rides and roller blading, going for runs after dinner, and it always inspired me to want to move my body and be active 

So now, as a parent, I want to do the same for my littles 💪🏽🙌🏽
