According to arrest warrants, the alleged incident happened April 23 at a Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia, where authorities allege Biermann Jr. restrained a 15-year-old female acquaintance and forced her to engage in sexual acts. The teen was arrested August 17 and is currently being held without bond. A sexual assault examination was conducted following the reported incident, though the warrant states that no male DNA was identified.

Zolciak has denied the allegations on her son’s behalf, telling ‘TMZ’ that he “categorically denies” the accusations and voluntarily took a polygraph examination, which she said he passed. She continued, “False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused, but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence.
