🇰🇪 faithkipyegon shared an update that she has been dealing with a hamstring injury since the end of May, which explains why she has not raced much this season. ❤️‍🩹

“So for now, I will take the time to heal, recover and get stronger. I’ll be back.”

She had a bye to next month’s World Ultimate Championships in the 1500m as the reigning Olympic and World champion. However, LetsRun reports that her agent says Kipyegon will not race on the track again in 2026.
