HAPPY BORN DAY & SOLAR RETURN, LUCIA. 🖤☀️👑

Today, while you are somewhere in Jamaica with Kat KAT living your damn life, I am sitting here in gratitude for the divine and sometimes downright scary way our paths crossed. Because somehow, in all this vastness, I got you.

My friend.
My wise counsel.
My safe space.
My Sicilian sister with that lion heart.

Watching you expand has been extraordinary. I have watched you knock out your Master’s and now your PhD. I have watched you stretch intellectually, spiritually, professionally and personally—and I have had the privilege of standing close enough to witness the woman emerging through every chapter.

But your accomplishments are only part of why I adore you.

You have touched my children. You have become woven into my family and my life. We have traveled, dreamed, questioned, laughed, learned and grown together. And being able to take you to Egypt will forever live inside me as something sacred.

Because seven wasn’t an ending.

Egypt wasn’t the end of a chapter. It was the beginning of the rest of our lives.

Yesterday, the Black Madonna. Your Sicilian blood. The mysteries and synchronicities that seem to keep finding us. And today, another trip around the Sun completed.

So step into your ground, Lucia.

Add another jewel to that crown you have earned one experience, one lesson, one courageous YES at a time.

May this Solar Return expand everything that is already expanding in you. May Jamaica hold you beautifully. May you laugh until your belly hurts, love without fear, rest without guilt, and recognize just how deeply you have impacted the lives fortunate enough to intersect with yours.

You are special, Lucia. Not because of the degrees, the titles, the places you have traveled or what you have accomplished—but because of the heart carrying all of it.

That lion heart.

I adore you.

Happy Born Day, my friend.
Happy Solar Return. ☀️🦁👑

The rest of our lives has already begun.#Sistars💫
