#UPDATE: 2028 4⭐️ DL Tyjah Brown is set to visit Nebraska on Oct. 31 when the Huskers host Washington.

Brown (6’3, 260) is ranked as the No. 346 player nationally, No. 36 DL, and the No. 10 player in Mississippi. (via 247)

The Mississippi standout has already visited Missouri twice and Ole Miss once, and Nebraska recently offered him just 
four days ago.

I caught up with Brown ahead of his upcoming visit and asked him what he’s looking forward to seeing in Lincoln.

“I’m really looking forward to getting around the campus, meeting the coaches and players, and getting a feel for the atmosphere.”

Brown also told me he wants to get a closer look at Nebraska’s facilities and learn more about what the Huskers have to offer both on and off the field.

Brown is already building relationships with the Nebraska coaching staff, specifically mentioning Coach Little and 
Coach Keith.

“I’m excited to continue building those relationships and learning more about the program.”

When asked where Nebraska stands in his recruitment, Brown made it clear the Huskers are firmly in the mix.

“I have a few schools that are standing out right now, and Nebraska is definitely one of the schools I’m considering seriously.”

Brown put together a strong sophomore season in 2025, finishing with 42 tackles, 16 TFL, 7 sacks, 1 PBU and 1 FF.
