There’s something about getting to bring all the random little pieces of yourself together that just feels GOOD 🥹💕

Pilates has become such an important part of my own wellness journey, so getting to teach a private class using everything I’ve learned during my neupilates training for my friends while we were in Sedona felt really special.

Of course I couldn’t just show up and teach 😂 I wanted the whole experience to feel intentional, right down to the goodie bags.
