New Yorkers passing through the West 4th subway stop are in for a treat in the form of a whimsical art project that is free for all, complete with free zines, fake rat leg key chains, and subway station guides. 🐀 

The “W4 Newsstand” is by comedian & artist Al Mullen and is part of the city’s vacant unit activation program. 

Current reported operating hours are Saturday 1-4pm, with expected live performances such as comedy, puppet shows, & live music while it stays open throughout the year.
