-We are losing jobs to AI
-Industry reps don’t like PhDs
-Apps are getting flooded by auto bots applying
-Ghosting is the norm. 
-Most interviews go nowhere
-It’s getting harder to even find adjunct jobs 
-Even if you are qualified for a job, there’s a low chance you’ll actually get it.
