rosiee.lifts is PEELED!!! 9.5 % body fat?!? This is insanely lean for a woman and we’re coming ready to give the absolute best presentation at our first time on an OCB stage. Today we’re cutting cardio in half, adding a banana, and practicing some posing. All about stress reduction and practice at this point. Fat loss is over, final training day tomorrow and then onto the way to the show Friday. Can’t wait to bring you along for the ride!
