School is back in full swing, which has us thinking about the many ways children use their rooms. 📚⁠

Homework, reading, creating, relaxing. A children’s bedroom has to accommodate much more than sleep.⁠

When designing these spaces, we think about where homework will happen, what needs to be within reach, how belongings will be stored, and where there is room to read, draw, or simply spend time.⁠

Planning for those everyday moments from the beginning allows a child’s room to feel personal and playful while still functioning beautifully as they grow.⁠
