A great theme for a summer birthday. This freestanding under the sea/ mermaid theme was the perfect touch for this birthday. Customer picked this up the night before the party and then easily transported to the party venue the next day! A freestanding balloon garland is on a stand it just eliminates the need to attach to a wall or the need for large frame work. Think of it as an asymmetrical organic balloon garland on a pole. Ir more simply a beautiful organic balloon column.
