Recap of my holidays and digital detox in Galicia.

Ten days left until we return to Sweden, my home and my daughter's. And an absolute certainty: leaving Galicia was the greatest act of survival and lucidity I could have ever made.

During this time, I’ve seen up close the horror of manipulation, cowardice disguised as freedom, and the coldest betrayal. Not all the psychology books in the world can prepare you for the moral detachment of someone who plays with other people’s hearts. The eclipse didn’t just darken the sky; it illuminated the shadows that some tried to hide in plain sight.

I may carry my own fears, but I sleep with a clear conscience: I never instrumentalize those who trust me. It is a commitment I made the moment I took my Buddhist vows.

This entire encounter with my roots and people from the past—where they should have stayed—has served only one purpose: to purify my path, reinforce my boundaries, and remind me of the non-negotiable value of loyalty.
