Absolutely unbelievable scenes as thousands upon thousands of gallons of water come roaring down in areas surrounding Hilo, HI! Small waterfalls turned into raging torrents of water and the bridge above Rainbow falls continues to get overtopped by flood waters due to hurricane LaLa
