Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Associate Director, Operations & Finance.

This role will report to the Director, Sports & Recreation and be accountable for supporting for the achievement of the long-range strategic planning, as well as the day-to-day implementation of all operations. Operations, Sports & Recreation facilities and major capital initiatives. 

The Associate Director is responsible for long-term facility planning, budget oversight, institutional partnerships, and ensuring department facilities and infrastructure align with the strategic priorities of the University and Sports & Recreation, managing financial and human resources, leading and directing the work of others, and providing comprehensive consultation on a variety of administrative processes. 

Working closely with other members of the department leadership team, the Associate Director will ensure programs and services offered by the Department are contributing to a vibrant student experience and support the success of Sports and Recreation.
