Matcha Martini
2 oz. matcha (froth 1 tsp. matcha with 5 oz. hot water)
1 & 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1 & 1/2 oz. oat milk

Match Sweet Cream Cold Foam:
2 oz. heavy whipping cream (very cold)
1 oz. cold milk
1 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. matcha
Before making, chill bowl/cup in the freezer and make sure all ingredients are cold. Very important that everything is cold to get the right texture:)

Matcha Bees Knees
-1 & 1/2 oz. tequila
-1 oz. lemon juice
-1/2 oz. honey
-top with 1 & 1/2 oz. matcha sweetened to your liking! (added simple syrup to sweeten the matcha)

Matcha Limoncello Spritz
-2 oz. Limoncello
-1-2 grams matcha powder
-3 oz. sparkling wine
-1 oz. sparkling water

Matcha Strawberry Gin & Jam Cocktail
- 1/2 tbs. strawberry jam (combine jam with a splash of water and bring to a slight simmer to create syrup, this will make the jam easier to mix in the drink)
- 1 & 1/2 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- top with matcha mixed with water
- garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and a small spoonful of jam

Boozy Matcha Cherry Bombs
- cherries with holes poked in them
- 4 oz. vodka to soak cherries
- 10 oz. white chocolate melts
- 1 tsp. matcha powder
- 2 oz. white chocolate liqueur
