🐶 Spooky is a beautiful 4½-year-old Border mix who may be a little shy at first. Once she warms up to you, though, her sweet and playful personality shines!⁠

Spooky loves treats, toys, and playing with other dogs. Give her a little time to feel comfortable, and you’ll see what a wonderful girl she truly is! ⁠

Spooky is currently training and building confidence and trust with trainers at Behavior Plus, in River Edge, NJ! ⁠

🐱 Lulu is a bit of a tough case. At only 2 years old, Lulu has been adopted and returned to us twice. While we're unsure of the home circumstances, she was returned for biting.⁠
⁠
While she seems to have made a bit of a reputation for herself, she was not given much time or patience to acclimate to her new surroundings, as she was returned very soon after adoption.⁠
⁠
Lulu is a cat who, like many, needs someone who understands that you need to earn her trust.⁠
⁠
She has her boundaries and would like to be the one to initiate and end interactions on her terms.⁠
⁠
Once you have gotten through her tough exterior, she will be a faithful companion for life.⁠
⁠
It is recommended that Lulu has a calm and patient home with adults only, or older children/teenagers that will patiently let her show you her soft, sweet side.⁠

 🐱 Four-year-old Max was surrendered in May after he was not getting along with his owner's dog.⁠
⁠
Even though dogs aren't his cup of tea, he may be yours!⁠
⁠
He's a big boy at 21 pounds so he may need some diet and exercise, but he's super affectionate and he'll keep you laughing with his silly sleeping positions! ⁠
