Adam Kraut: "The National Firearms Act, when it was enacted, it was enacted in the tax code… Once Congress eliminated the tax that was paid, this whole registration scheme that followed is naturally, just exceeds Congress’ taxing authority. And that's what the judge said in his opinion. So, while it is touted as a Second Amendment case, this was actually a decision based on Congress’ taxing authority."
