Meet Ryan Vance! 🎟️⚽️

This summer, Ryan worked in Ticket Operations & Guest Experience for the FIFA World Cup at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. He helped fans resolve ticketing issues at the gate, working across multiple platforms and software systems to quickly identify problems and find solutions in a high-pressure environment.

One of his favorite parts of the experience was seeing the energy, culture, and pride that fans from around the world brought to Miami. Getting to watch matches and experience sports fandom on such a global level made the summer one he’ll always remember.

We’re excited to have Ryan bringing that experience to USPORT this year!
