Chicken Chukani  Ingredients: 500 gms Chicken cubes 1 tbsp garlic paste  1 tbsp lemon juice  1 tsp paprika  1 tsp salt  1 tsp black pepper  1 tsp cumin powder  1 tsp garlic powder  half tsp chili flakes  For Tarka Sauce: 3 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp paprika , 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried fenugreek(methi) optional  1/2 tsp salt and pepper  1/2 tsp cumin powder  1/4 tsp turmeric  1 cup yogurt  For Assembling  1 medium onion sliced(dip in cold water with 1  tsp salt, squeeze well to soften, drain and use) 3 tbsp coriander  2-3 green chillies chopped  In a dish add chicken, onion, coriander, chilli,mix by hand and squeeze to release onion juices,add prepared sauce, mix well and enjoy with rice or roti #cooking  #fypviralシ #viralpost #food #fypviral
