She got burnt out giving so much of herself in relationships that she made a decision: no more. She's pouring into herself now, finally, and on the surface, that looks like healing.

But she hasn't gotten to the root of the pattern. She's just removed the arena where it used to play out. The belief underneath it: that the relationship itself was the problem, rather than who she became inside it.

Avoiding love doesn't undo the pattern. It just pauses it.
