Before I left Spain and moved to the US, I cooked alongside Ferran in the kitchen of elBulli. Those years forever changed the way I think about food and about life...I started to see what it meant to be curious, to look beyond the horizon, to understand what true creativity is. Ferran has no fear of failure...he knows we only learn when we are at the end of
our comfort zone.
