This week on Frontstretch Happy Hour, Bryan Nolen, Michael Massie, and Dalton Hopkins are back to tackle that question and everything else making news as the NASCAR Cup Series heads to Richmond Raceway.

The 2027 NASCAR schedule is slowly coming together, with dates and tracks being revealed piece by piece. We’ll break down what we know, what appears likely, and some of the biggest questions NASCAR still has to answer before next season’s calendar is complete.

NASCAR has also been trying to address one of the biggest complaints about the current racing product: cautions that take way too long. Changes to the stage procedures were supposed to help get cars back to green faster, but lengthy yellows remain a problem. Why does it still take so long, and what can NASCAR realistically do to fix it?

Then there’s Josh Berry. He’s looking for a Cup Series ride for 2027 — and at exactly the right time, his performance has started turning heads. Which teams could have an opening? Where does Berry fit? And could his late-season surge turn into a much better opportunity than anyone expected?
