Truth be told, the medical device representatives I appreciate most do three things: 

✅ 1.  Show up on time to procedures ⏰

✅ 2. Answer all their emails / texts 📱

✅ 3. Make things easier for both the scrub tech & myself during the procedure 👍

👉 We orthopedic surgeons don't need any additional flattery or compliments, as many of us have egos that are big enough already.
