Beyond voicing the leader of the titular ‘KPop Demon Hunters,’ the 34-year-old songwriter was also instrumental in turning the Netflix musical into a full-blown phenomenon. She served as a co-writer on three songs from the soundtrack—including “Golden,” which just became the first K-pop song to be nominated at the #Oscars.
