The actor, best known for his roles in ‘The Five Heartbeats’ and ‘Sugar Hill’, d-ed in #LosAngeles after suffering heart failure with complications from a rare degenerative neurological disease called Marchiafava-Bignami.

Wright was widely known for playing Eddie King Jr. in The Five Heartbeats. 🕊️
