Believe it or not, the CrossFit Games thins year was pretty hard on my body and I’ve been nursing a few things the last few weeks. It’s been nice to take the weight off for a bit and let my body recover.
Unfortunately I’ve done about as much of that as i possibly can, and with @worldfitnessproject only a week away Its about time I get back under some weight so that my body doesn’t explode next weekend 😂.
Hoping for some very speedy adaptations 🤞🏻wish me luck.
