I’m excited to share that I’ve been promoted to Senior Executive Director & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at The Carlton Group.

This expanded role represents the intersection of two areas I’m deeply focused on: global real estate capital markets and emerging technology.

As Senior Executive Director, I’ll continue working with sponsors, developers, owners, and institutional capital partners to structure and execute complex transactions across debt, equity, joint ventures, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and development opportunities.

As CTO, my mandate expands to building the technology infrastructure that can make our platform faster, smarter, and more scalable — with a particular focus on:

• Artificial Intelligence & Agentic AI
• AI-powered deal origination and underwriting
• Capital and investor intelligence
• Workflow and process automation
• Data-driven decision making
• Digital infrastructure and proprietary technology
• AI-enabled marketing and relationship management
• Cybersecurity and responsible technology deployment

The opportunity ahead is bigger than simply adopting AI. It’s about rethinking how a real estate investment banking platform can operate when experienced professionals are augmented by intelligent systems capable of analyzing opportunities, connecting capital, automating workflows, and identifying opportunities at scale.

My goal is to help position The Carlton Group for the next generation of global real estate capital markets.
