Terrain soulaliyate au Maroc : il a perdu 80 000 € en pensant investir à Marrakech.
En 2021, un MRE achète 11 hectares de terrain agricole près de Marrakech pour 25 000 €. Sans vérification notariale. En 2025, au moment de le revendre, l’acheteur lui demande le titre de propriété — il n’en a jamais eu. Le terrain relevait du régime collectif « soulaliyate » : une terre que l’État autorise à exploiter, mais qui n’appartient jamais à celui qui l’occupe.
