My body is not the same and it never will be. I’m trying to learn to love and accept that my body has changed after pregnancy and childbirth, gave us our biggest blessing and that the most important thing is being healthy. The number on the scale is not necessarily the issue for me as much as the way I look when I look in the mirror. My goal is to improve nutrition and be fit & toned and feel good in my skin again. 🤍
