Next up in our series: Marlon Montanella — University of North Florida 🦅⚽️

After playing a major role in North Florida’s recent rise, Montanella now takes over the Ospreys as Head Coach following two highly successful seasons as an assistant with the program.

During that stretch, UNF captured back-to-back ASUN Regular Season and Tournament Championships, made two NCAA Tournament appearances and produced a historic 12-5-2 campaign in 2025 — setting a new program record for wins while going unbeaten at home.

Montanella has also helped develop 13 All-ASUN selections, including the program’s first-ever ASUN Player of the Year, while contributing to major results against nationally recognized programs.

Now, he gets the opportunity to build on that momentum and lead the Ospreys into their next chapter.
