The cars were packed. The carts were rolling. And the Hill was ready to welcome our Rattlers home. 🐍🧡💚

More than 3,300 students settled into campus housing this week for the 2026-27 academic year, including 1,815 freshmen and 175 new transfer students.

For some, it’s the beginning of a brand-new journey. For others, it’s a return to familiar faces, traditions and the place that already feels like home.

Either way, one thing is clear: FAMU is more than a university. It’s a FAMUly.
