Tennis players interested in the Blue/White, no-cut girls tennis team are now required to try out for their position starting Aug. 17. Replacing the previous opt-in process to ensure participation in scheduled intersquad matches.

“Last year, we, for the first time, had many players who did not show up to events when they were scheduled,” girls head tennis coach and senior English teacher Andrew Gibbs said. “Adding the needing to try-out piece puts an initial level of commitment.”
