Flower Fact of the Day: African Daisy 🌼 These flowers are native to southern Africa and love sunshine and well-drained soil. One of their coolest traits is that many varieties actually close their blooms when it gets cloudy or dark and open back up when the sun returns. They come in some pretty wild colors, attract pollinators, and once established they’re surprisingly drought tolerant. Biggest growing tip: don’t freak out if they look dead in the heat of summer.
