Fernando Tatis Jr. is having a strong season with the San Diego Padres, batting .284 with 15 HR, 62 RBIs, 72 runs and 28 stolen bases. After a slow start, he found his rhythm and became one of the Padres’ biggest stars.

His biggest highlight came against the Mets. With the bases loaded, Francisco Lindor hit a ball that looked like a grand slam, but Tatis jumped at the wall and robbed him of four runs. He then hit two home runs, including a 452-foot shot, in the Padres’ 5–2 win.

Tatis has turned his season around with his power, speed and elite defense, proving once again why he is one of baseball’s most exciting players.
