My routine has been all over the place lately, so this week’s goal is to get it back on track. Every time I hit the gym in the morning, I have this unreal amount of energy that gets me locked in and completely in the zone.

So this week, it’s about getting back to that consistency, sticking to the routine, and building some momentum again. One good morning at a time.
