Got a copy of plantbasedartist’s new cookbook Kari and I am loving it! Do you always stick to the exact recipe when cooking out of a cookbook? Sometimes I do. But sometimes I don’t. I definitely don’t want to NOT try a recipe because I don’t have all the ingredients or because it looks intimidating! This turned out so good we ate it for lunch and dinner! The curry paired perfectly with my chickpea cutlets.
