is a traditional Mesoamerican sweat-lodge ceremony used for grounding, reflection, chanting and preparation before deeper ceremonial work.
Only in Mexico it is as a symbolic cleansing ritual: heat, darkness, drums 🪘, steam, chanting, and help the group slow down to mentally leave everyday life behind.
