Not every productive day looks exciting!

I’m absolutely shattered and on my way back to the gym, but yesterday was actually a really productive one.

A couple of the mortgages on my properties needed changing over, and with some of the rates out there at the minute, it definitely pays to stay on top of them. 

Managed to secure a decent rate on both for the next five years, which I’m happy with.

I’d much rather keep the money in my bank account than theirs… even if it is only a little bit of interest.💷

Anyway, gym time!
