Tailgate Beer Brats

Recipe:
-Melt half a stick of butter in a skillet, then sauté 3 sliced onions with salt, pepper, and garlic until they get translucent (about 10 minutes).
-Add the brats over the onions and pour in enough beer to cover the brats.
-Continue cooking until the brats hit at least 165F, then finish them on the grill over the coals to crisp up.
-Serve the brats on toasted brioche buns with the beer butter grilled onions, spicy mustard, and enjoy.
