Told myself we were going 7-for-7 this week. Got to Day 7 and almost made an excuse: “Shoot, you got 6.” I made a playlist first. Typed a workout second. Then hopped in the Tundra. 

But nah… one mo’ for the one mo’.

Easy full-body. Incline treadmill warm-up. Goal checked.

Make a plan. Set a goal. Check it off. Then enjoy your Sunday.
