Most people get RV parks the hard way. Buy the dirt, spend two years developing and dealing with permits, construction, filling it up etc.

After all that, a lot of them realize it still isn't making real money.

That's when I come along and gobble it up. Owners are happy to seller finance the whole thing and walk away with some money in their pocket.
