136 days ago I underwent arthroscopic labrum surgery after blowing my shoulder out in our first preseason game. Today marked day 10 of throwing, working out to 105 feet.

Right now the goal isn't velocity, it's getting into deep positions and trusting there won't be pain. The velo comes back. Every session is another brick in the return as I build back to the mound.

Fueled by @DrinkWeld  on training days: 18g of protein and 200mg of caffeine.

Next stop: the mound.
