## Caption

How are my babies already in 1st and 2nd grade?! This feels like such a giant milestone — both for me and them. It’s always been hard to put into words that feeling of pieces of your heart beating outside your body. And amplify that by 5 and I’m truly blown away by each of my babies. 

But something about them being in the “grades” — no longer part of the TK / K world, seems monumental. Perhaps it’s knowing the giant leap that happens from kindergarten to first grade and knowing what’s in store for Nathan. And in knowing that, only imagining what’s in store for Thea. I am so proud of both of these kids. I am both patiently and impatiently waiting for what I’ll be writing at the end of the school year and reflecting and acknowledging their accomplishments.
