People love to say Las Vegas isn’t for everyone and honestly, they’re right if any of these things bother you, Vegas might not be your place but if they sound like what you’re looking for, welcome home.

1️⃣ Desert heat: Yes its reeally hot. Yes, you’ll blast the AC. Yes, you’ll walk from the house to the car like you’re melting upon contact but here is the flipside, no humidity, no ice storms, no shoveling snow. Just lots of sunshine and the occasional rain.

2️⃣ Almost everything is new, clean, and master planned:
Some people want that “old city charm”. Las Vegas has tons of neighborhoods built after 1995 with parks trails wide street and HOA’s that keep things nice. If you like living next to a 1940s duplex of random additions, most of Las Vegas won’t give you that.

3️⃣ The city never fully sleeps, convenience is easily accessible:
Grocery stores are open late, target closes at 10 PM, you can get food up to 1 AM, and many gyms, coffee shops and fast food is open 24 hours. 

If you prefer a town that shuts down at 8 PM, Las Vegas might feel too alive for you.

4️⃣ HOA’s, and we have a lot of of them:

Las Vegas is full of HOA communities because they keep neighborhoods clean, maintain the integrity of the community and protect home values. However, some people don’t like rules. 

If you want to paint your home with pink polkadots, you won’t like it here. 

5️⃣ Las Vegas locals aren’t pretentious (I know, shocking) 

This is not LA. This is not New York City, and this is not Miami. It’s cleaner, and much more of a chill vibe in many areas, especially the suburbs, and way more Neighbor focused than people assume. 

If you like to thrive on chaos and constant pressure, Vegas might be too comfortable for you.
