🚨 TEXAS HAS A SUPERSTAR BREWING 🤘🔥

Remember the name Kevin Durant. The young Texas Longhorns prospect is starting to look like one of those players we could be talking about for a LONG time. At around 6’9”-6’10” with guard-like skills, a smooth jumper, ridiculous length and the ability to score from basically anywhere on the floor, Durant has the type of offensive package you rarely see from someone this young.

KD entered Texas as one of the highest-rated recruits in the country after averaging 23.6 PPG, 10.2 RPG, 3.0 APG, 3.0 SPG and 2.6 BPG during his senior year of high school. He was the consensus No. 2 prospect nationally and already had scouts watching closely before ever putting on a Longhorns jersey. (University of Texas Athletics)

What makes Durant so intriguing is the ceiling. He can shoot over smaller defenders, take bigger forwards off the dribble, finish around the rim and use that crazy wingspan defensively. There simply aren’t many players his size who move and shoot this naturally. If he continues developing his strength and overall game, Texas might have a future top NBA Draft pick on its hands. 👀

It’s obviously WAY too early to start throwing around superstar expectations, but keep an eye on this kid. Kevin Durant might be the next great Texas prospect to take over college basketball and eventually make some serious noise in the NBA. 🤘⭐️
