Kevin Durant’s scoring résumé is actually ridiculous when you put it into perspective. 🐐🎯 (SWIPE)

KD has FOUR NBA scoring titles — more than Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Tim Duncan, Dirk Nowitzki and Nikola Jokić combined. Those are five MVPs, champions and unquestioned all-time greats, yet none of them ever led the league in scoring. Durant did it four separate times.

And this wasn’t just one dominant stretch. KD won the scoring title in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014, including becoming the youngest scoring champion in NBA history at just 21 years old. At his peak in OKC, you basically entered every season expecting him to be somewhere near the top of the scoring leaderboard.

What makes it even crazier is the company he keeps historically. Michael Jordan (10) and Wilt Chamberlain (7) are the only players in NBA history with more scoring titles than KD. That’s it. When you’re sitting behind MJ and Wilt in a scoring category, you’re dealing with some absurd territory. 😭🔥

And KD’s game was never built around simply overwhelming defenders physically. A near 7-footer who could pull up from three, attack off the dribble, shoot over contests from midrange, finish at the rim and hit free throws at an elite level. There has basically never been a matchup that completely takes his scoring away.

People can debate where Kevin Durant ranks all-time, but when the conversation is strictly about putting the basketball in the hoop, his argument as one of the greatest scorers to ever touch a basketball is undeniable. 🐐🎯
