TriMet’s transit cuts are officially in effect, and 34 bus lines now have reduced service, along with the MAX green line. PLUS, per a new ProPublica report, Oregon has given developers an unprecedented $1.4 billion to build low-income housing, and the cost of developing each subsidized apartment has nearly doubled.
