🏀 4-Week Try-Out Prep Intensive — Roslyn, Wayne & Commack. Starts 9/14. Four weeks of progressive training, capped with a full mock try-out.
🏀 3-Day Mini-Camp — Roslyn only. Aug 25–27, 12–2PM. High-rep, high-energy sharpening before the season starts.

Open to members and non-members. Members can book with class credits.
