Day 2 started strong with a morning workout at the CR Johnson Healing Center 💪 followed by therapy services and an afternoon of equine therapy. 🐴

From building strength in the gym to recovery, connection, and time with the horses, Day 2 was all about pushing limits in more ways than one.

Another full day of adapting, progressing, and saying HELL YEAH to what’s possible. 🤘
