Grilled Pineapple Infused Aperol
◻️ 1 small pineapple
◻️ 1 tbsp honey
◻️ 1 1/2 cups Aperol
Grilled Pineapple Aperol & Tonic (Makes 1)
◻️ 1 1/2 oz Grilled Pineapple Infused Aperol
◻️ 4 oz tonic water
◻️ Garnish: Orange wheel, grilled pineapple slice, pineapple frond

1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add Grilled Pineapple Infused Aperol and Tonic. Stir to combine.
2. If desired, garnish with an orange slice, grilled pineapple and a pineapple frond.
